<p>A method to fell, delimb and cut a tree into lengths, where at the end of the boom in a vehicle-mounted crane (1) a crosscutting and delimbing aggregate (10) is fastened. Tree (11) butt cutting and felling as well as moving the butt end to a tree clamp (2, 3) in the vehicle or the crane frame is performed in the first stage and, in the second stage, the tree is delimbed in moving the delimbing and crosscutting aggregate (10) along the trunk with the tree anchored in the said tree clamp.</p> |
