DOUBLE-LAYER ZINC TYPE PLATED STEEL PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a double-layer zinc type plated steel panel keeping good corrosion resistance and excellent in blackening resistance by providing a specific chromate treatment layer and a resin film based on a specific compounded resin on the plating layer of a steel panel to which a zinc or zinc alloy plating layer is applied. CONSTITUTION:A double-layer zinc type plated steel panel is produced by applying a zinc or zinc alloy plating layer to a steel panel and forming a chromate treatment layer on the plating layer of the steel panel in an adhesion amount equivalent to 1-200mg/m<2> of metal chromium. A resin film based on a compounded resin obtained by adding 50wt.% or less of silica to a compsn. consisting of an ethylenic ionomer resin and a silane compd. having one silicon atom and 2-4 silyl ether bonds in its molecule and/or a condensate thereof is provided on the chromate treatment layer in a thickness of 0.1-5mum.
