PURPOSE:To provide the waiting time having high accuracy until information is provided to each terminal each time, when each information providing service is finished, in a centralization system communication system for executing the information providing service from its center unit in accordance with requests from plural terminals. CONSTITUTION:In the centralization system communication system having plural terminals, and the center unit for supplying information, based on an information request from these terminals, the center unit is provided with a control means for calculating and sending out the waiting time (S11) from the center unit to a terminal which desires the connection at the time of congestion, and also, calculating the new waiting time in its time point at the time points when an equipment for sending out the information in the center device (S19) ends respective services and informing the waiting time until the service is provided on each terminal during waiting (S15). |
