PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time monitoring toy having game feeling and curing the mental of an owner. SOLUTION: A toy main body 1 is equipped with a memory 10 for storing voice data; a control part 12 which readouts the voice data from the memory 10 in previously set alarm time and outputs voice information to a voice output part; an alarm setting button 16; and a snooze button 17, and the control part 12 outputs voice information to the voice output part 11 when the alarm button 16 is set or released, stops the output of the voice information once when the snooze button 17 is set in the alarm time, outputs the voice information again after a specified time is elapsed, monitors operation frequency of the snooze button 17, and changes the voice information to be outputted in the next alarm time.
