PURPOSE:To provide a nonoriented electrical steel sheet having a random cube and extremely excellent in magnetic properties in the all circumferential directions and a method for manufacturing the steel sheet. CONSTITUTION:This steel sheet has 0.20 to 1.20mm sheet thickness with a random cube whose collective composition after primary recrystallization is formed into a {100}<0vw> one and the strength in the {100} plane parallel to the rolling plane is regulated to >=2 times by a pair random, and is manufactured so that in the process for which solidifying molten steel essentially contg. <=4.0% Si and <=2.0% Al by the surface of a cooling body moved and updated and pickling, cold rolling and finish annealing are executed, the cold draft is regulated to 5 to 40%. In such a manner, the product for which the ideal random cube {100}<0vw> is formed and having extremely excellent magnetic properties in all circumferential directions is easily obtd. |
