<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a desired surface shape after hot filling by suppressing the depression of a plastic bottle accompanied by the volumetric contraction of the gas in the hermetically closed plastic bottle. CONSTITUTION:A recessed shape 32 is formed to the bottle body part molding part 31 of the inner surface of a blow mold 34 at a depth of about 3mm or less and a label 2 wherein a pattern layer and a heat-sensitive adhesive layer are successively printed on a base film whose shrinkage factor is 1.8% in a longitudinal direction and 0.8% in a lateral direction under a condition heated to 120 deg.C for 5min is placed on the bottle body part molding part 31. Next, a parison 13 composed of a resin material whose molding shrinkage factor is 2% is formed. The blow mold is clamped and compressed air is blown in the parison 13 formed into a bag shape to perform blow molding.</p> |
