PURPOSE:To obtain the subject extract capable of exhibiting strong suppressing action on sarcoma 180 transplantation cancer and Rewis lung cancer, extremely low in toxicity and useful as carcinostatic agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective hot water extract of Lyophyllum ulmarium has the following physical characteristics: (1) color and form: yellow-brawn powder; (2) chemical ingredients: protein content 3-20%; sugar content: 20-50wt.%; (3) solubility: soluble in water.
