The invention concerns a method of building foundations of objects on feet, insulated by sheets or bags, welded and glued in the factory from water-insulation foil coatings and geotextiles. The insulation sheet or bank is inserted at the building site into a manually cleaned excavated pit. Before starting laying the concrete mixture the building foundation of the perpendicular corners takes place and the borders are secured around the perimeter of an adjustable tank binding, which is tied across the edge of the pit to pegs, or beams are laid across the pit and concreted from the centre of the foot. After the concrete mix reaches the upper edge of the insulation protection the tank bindings are manually removed from the side of the insulation sheet or bag for use for the installation of other feet and the concreting of the feet is completed.<IMAGE>
