PURPOSE:To obtain an X-ray analysis device which can enter element information or compound data needed for analysis without input by an operator's manual operation in a quantitative analysis in an identification analysis of X-ray diffraction or fluorescent X-ray analysis. CONSTITUTION:A data processing part 2 of a fluorescent X-ray analysis device 1 and a data processing part 4 of an X-ray diffraction device 3 are connected on-line. the element analysis data of the fluorescent X-ray diffraction device 1 is sent to and stored at an X-ray diffraction device 3, and the element analysis data is used automatically when performing identification analysis from the analysis result by the X-ray diffraction device 3. Also, the identification analysis result of the X-ray diffraction device 3 is used automatically when performing FP quantitative calculation of the fluorescent X-ray analysis device 1. |
