<p>PURPOSE:To provide the signal processor which reduces energy consumption and can start storing from any arbitrary picture element by composing a memory for storing fixed pattern noise of a SRAM. CONSTITUTION:When elements are shielded and an 'H' pulse is impressed to a storing start command pulse input part 113, the fixed pattern noise is stored in a SRAM 101. Then, 'L' pulses for one frame are impressed to the write enable(WE) terminal of the SRAM 101 by an I/O control part 103, an address generation part 102 starts counting from any arbitrary m-th picture element, the counting is stopped during a blanking period, the picture elements are counted up to an (m-1)th picture element in the next frame and therefore, the fixed pattern noise for one frame is exactly stored. Thus, since the SRAM 101 is used for stoing the fixed pattern noise, the signal processor reducing energy consumption and enabling the start of storing from any arbitrary picture element can be provided.</p> |
