PURPOSE:To provide a bathing equipment which an aged person or the like can easily utilize by utilizing a receiving space below the floor level a multiple dwelling house adopting a reversed beam structure. CONSTITUTION:A floor member 11 is spreadly provided on the upper face of a reversed beam 2 which is integrally protrusively provided on the upper face of a horizontal skeleton part SH, and a receiving space below the floor level 12 is formed between the floor member 11 and the horizontal skeleton part SH. A bath 21 connectedly provided in one body with a washing place 20 provided at the same height as the floor member 11 has the height of its upper edge 21 which is set up to be lower than the knee of a bathing person standing on the washing place 20 by receiving the lower part of the bath 21 in the receiving space 121 below the floor level. Since there is no difference in level between the floor member 11 and the washing place 20, and the upper edge of the bath 21 is set up to be positionally lower, even an aged person having a disabled body can easily and safely bathe.
