<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of workers at the working site, to improve work efficiency and to improve the quality of a system by transmitting commands/data from the signal tester of a process control station through radio and automatically outputting the tested result. CONSTITUTION:While referring to a test information preserving memory 12, a test item is selected based on the previously decided order out of signals fetched by a process input/output controller 11 on the side of a process control station A. Respective input/output signals are judged by a condition judge part 13, the result is automatically printed out by a print-out controller 14, and the result and work instructions to the operators on the side of the working side are transmitted through radio. In this way, the extraction and judgement of test items and the list-up of the results are automatically performed until all the points are completely worked. Thus, the man-hour for the manual work of working site operators is saved, the burden is reduced, work efficiency is improved, and the quality of the system can be improved.</p> |
