PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption against the shift of a terminal due to a call interruption and also to deal with the request received from an ISDN circuit in a phantom feeding state by controlling a driver consuming a large power and a power source given to a receiver. CONSTITUTION:A driver/receiver control circuit consists of a 1st switch 3 which controls the power applied to a driver 2 from a reference voltage source 1, a 2nd switch 5 which controls the power applied to a receiver 4, a switch control part 6 which controls both switches 3 and 5, a connector connection detecting part 7 which detects the state of the connector connected to an ISDN circuit, a transceiver control part 8 which gives a command to the part 6 based on the external data and a control signal, and a phantom power circuit 10 which receives the phantom power through the ISDN circuit. |
