There is a series of strip cutting blades (13) projecting at right angles to the cutter disc (5) and ahead of the slicing blades. The slicing blades (6) and strip cutting blades are carried on a bar (14) which lies behind the food supporting surface of the disc and is mounted in brackets (15) at the back of the disc. Together the slicing and strip cutting blades can be adjusted in height above the disc surface to allow the strip thickness to be varied. USE/ADVANTAGE - Cutter for vegetables etc. does not have to be changed to vary the strip thickness. |
