The guide path (3) is set at a trajectory (7) other than zero, pref. about 45 deg. to the horizontal (6) in the conveyor direction and with a starting angle other than zero to the conveyor path. The conveyor member (8) is connected freely supporting to the lift body. The swing drive comprises a crankshaft and the lift body (4) which acts as the piston. The lift body can have a trapezoidal or prismatic cross-section and is guided in a guide having a dovetailed cross-section. The friction between the lift body and guide is reduced by rollers (5). The friction surface between the moving material and conveyor path is increased by a suitable material coating. USE/ADVANTAGE - Vibration conveyor for moving loose materials such as tobacco and plants uses less drive energy and suffers less material fatigue.
