PURPOSE:To obtain CaF2 group solid electrolyte oxygen sensor for a fused metal with a low melt point and an alloy. CONSTITUTION:The title item consists of a reference electrode where a proper amount of CaO powder is blended to a metal for measuring concentration of a target metal which is balanced with oxygen within a fused metal with a low melt point and a metal oxide, a CaF2 group solid electrolyte container which receives the system and allowed to contact the fused metal or alloy, and a means for measuring potential difference between lead wires. The fused metal with a low melt point or low oxygen potential within an alloy bath can be measured. |
