PURPOSE:To provide a character input environment managing device by which the deterioration of an operability due to the difference of a character input environment occurred at the time of using a word processor or the like by plural operators. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with an input environment ID program 3 which operates the ID of set environment information, input environment storage device 2 which stores it, editing file ID program 4 which adds a user ID at the time of preserving an editing file, and ID check program 5 which checks a using user ID and the user ID added to the file at the time of calling the file. |
