PURPOSE:To obtain a multi-ion sensor which can disassembled by replacing only an ion-selectivity electrode whose target life expired with a new ion- selectivity electrode and then continuing to use other ion-selectivity electrodes and other component parts such as an outer cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The title sensor is provided with ion-selectivity electrodes 3b, 3c, and 3d with an ion sensitive layer having a thin-diameter hole, a conductive layer which is formed around the ion sensitive layer, and a lead wire 3 which is lead out of the conductive layer and a reference electrode 3a with a conductive layer having a thin-diameter hole with the same diameter as the thin- diameter hole and a lead wire 31 which is lead out of the conductive layer. Further, it is provided with a spacer 4 which is laid out between each of the ion-selective electrodes 3b, 3c, and 3d and the reference electrode 3a and consists of an insulation material with the same thin-diameter hole as the thin-diameter hole, a cylindrical member 1 and connectors 2a and 2b for laminating the ion- selective electrodes 3b, 3c, and 3d and the reference electrode 3a by matching each thin-diameter hole and for performing contact bonding. |
