The actuating control signals (V0,1,2) are generated and switched by a control circuit (14). The two switches (4,5;7,8) each consists of a switch proper (4,7) with a parallel diode (5,8). To the second switch assembly (7,8) is parallel coupled a series connection of a capacitor (6) and a transformer (3) primary (3a). A rectifying filter (10,11) is in parallel with the transformer secondary (3b), which delivers an output DC voltage signal when the second switch assembly is ON. A resonance is generated in a closed circuit by the capacitor and switching inductance such that a resonance current flows through the transformer primary and secondary.
