There is disclosed novel mortar compositions that have aquatic antifouling characteristics. The aquatic mortar composition of the invention comprises: (A) 100 parts by weight of a room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition containing (a) an organopolysiloxane containing silanol groups or silicon atom-bonded hydrolyzable groups and (b) an organosilicon compound containing silicon atom-bonded hydrolyzable groups, as main components and, if needed, a condensation-accelerating catalyst; (B) 200-800 parts by weight of sand; (C) 30-300 parts by weight of an inorganic filler; (D) 5-50 parts by weight of an organic oil which is not compatible with the component (A); (E) 5-50 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane oil not containing silanol groups or silicon atom-bonded hydrolyzable groups; and (F) 0-20 parts by weight of water.
