<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the release of a reinforcing plate even when a portable memory medium is curved by bonding the reinforcing plate being a size larger than a printed circuit board to the printed circuit board of the portable memory medium and further bonding a resin sheet almost same as the printed circuit board in size to the reinforcing plate. CONSTITUTION:The printed circuit board 8 of a portable memory medium 1 is constituted of a frame 15 and an exterior plate 16 and a large number of electronic parts such as an IC chip 10, an LCD driver 12 or the like are mounted on the printed circuit board 8 and wirings for connecting the electronic parts are provided on the board 8. A reinforcing plate 20 smaller than the board 8 is bonded to the nonmounting surface of the board 8 and a resin sheet 2 is further bonded to the reinforcing plate 2. The sheet 2 is made almost same to the memory medium 1 in size and the periphery of the reinforcing plate 20 is perfectly covered with the sheet 2 and the board 8 and the sheet 2 are directly bonded in the periphery of the reinforcing plate 20. As a result, when the memory medium 1 is curved by external force, the board 8 and the reinforcing plate 20 are not released.</p> |
