<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a method for filling a specific part of a hollow member of a motorcar with a foamed body all over the full cross-sectional area thereof including every nook and corner. CONSTITUTION:A bag 14 permeable to gases and capable of making a liquid agent ooze outside in the presence of an action of a predermined inner pressure is inserted to a hollow member 10 from a hole 12 of the hollow member 10. A foamable liquid agent 16 is put into the bag 14. In this state, the liquid agent 16 is reacted to foam. The bag 14 is expanded in accordance with the volume expansion of the liquid agent 16. Based on an inner pressure generated in the bag 14, the liquid agent 16 is made to ooze outside the bag 14. The liquid agent 16 is also reacted to foam outside the bag 14. In this manner, a specific part of the hollow member 10 is filled with a foamed body 22 all over the full cross- sectional area thereof.</p> |
