<p>PURPOSE:To obtain high torque in all engine speeds by providing first and second surge tanks on the end part downstream from the first and second branch passages, and integrally providing first and second volumes in parallel to the first and second surge tanks respectively. CONSTITUTION:First and second branch passages 20-1, 20-2 are provided by branching the middle of an intake passage positioned downstream from a throttle valve by a branch pipe 18. First and second surge tanks 22-1, 22-2 which extends in longitudinal direction of a V-type engine 2 on the end part positioned downstream from the first and second branch passage 20-1, 20-1. First and second volumes 26-1, 26-2 are integrally provided on the first and second surge tanks 22-1, 22-2, while extending in the longitudinal direction of the V-type engine 2, in parallel to the first and second surge tanks 22-1, 22-2, respectively. First and second communication holes 28-1, 28-2 which have specified diameters are provided between the first and second surge tanks 22-1, 22-2, and the first and second volumes 26-1, 26-2. Consequently, high torque can be obtained.</p> |
