Heat exchanger for a burner-heated circulation or continuous-flow water heater, with a water-carrying finned tube 4 which is held in a combustion chamber designed as a water-filled double casing 1 and receiving the burner, the finned tube 4 being connected in series with the double casing 1 on the water side and being arranged in the upper region of the double casing 1. In order, in such a heat exchanger, to ensure that any gas bubbles that occur are discharged reliably, there is provision for the finned tube 4 to be surrounded only on two mutually opposite sides, which are in the extension of the fins 5 of the finned tube 4, by attachments 2 of the double casing 1 which are connected to a further water tube, a forward run or return run being connected to one of the attachments 2. <IMAGE> |
