<p>PURPOSE:To precisely measure the concentration with an inexpensive facility by storing the operating conditions of a semiconductor laser and the signal intensity obtained by a fundamental wave phase sensitive detector, and measur ing the concentration based on the operating conditions and the signal intensity. CONSTITUTION:A memory 18 is stored with an arithmetic equation expressed by 7, 8 for calculating the concentration of C12 methane <12>CH4 and an arithmetic equation expressed by 9, 10 for calculating the concentration of C13 methane <13>CH4. The output signal intensity of a phase sensitive detector 11 obtained by the second or third measurement on <12>CH4 and <13>CH4 is used for these arithmetic equations, and the concentration C12, C13 of <12>CH4, <13>CH4 can be obtained.</p> |
