The base of a vibrating distributor bowl has a tank with two compartments (2,3). One compartment is reserved for screws (10) and the other for washers (4). The compartments supply screws and washers to helicoidal conveying ramps (5,9). The screw ramp (5) conveys the screws to the top of the compartment (2) onto a horizontal part overhanging the end of the washer ramp (9). The screws are on top of the washers and the convergence of the ramps causes automatic threading of the screw on the washer through simple vibration. A safety trap (8) recycles pieces which have not been assembled. ADVANTAGE - Does not require any additional mechanism and only requires a single vibrating base.
