1. An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display comprising:
a substrate comprising a pixel area and a peripheral area surrounding the pixel area; an organic light emitting diode disposed on the substrate in the pixel area, the organic light emitting diode comprising:
a switching element disposed in the pixel area;a first electrode connected with the switching element;an organic light emitting member disposed on the first electrode and comprising organic thin films; anda second electrode disposed on the organic light emitting member; and monitoring patterns formed separate from each other and disposed in the peripheral area, each of the monitoring patterns comprising a reference monitoring electrode disposed at an uppermost portion in each of the monitoring patterns, wherein each of the reference monitoring electrodes is formed at a different height, respectively, above the substrate.
