<p>PURPOSE:To prolong the service life of a memory by increasing the number of writable times of data. CONSTITUTION:Each time data to be stored in the memory are written, an ADR value is generated, the old data of an address corresponding to the ADR value generated last time are cleared, and updated data are written in an address corresponding to the ADR value generated this time. Since the memory is provided with plural addresses, the number of times for write to the respective addresses is decreased in comparison with the case of writing the data only in the same address and further, the service life of the memory can be prolonged since only the partial addresses are not used. The data can be used as the data showing the remaining amount of charging for a battery for device drive, in this case, the data of the remaining amount of charging can be written corresponding to the service life of the device, and only the service life of the memory is not reduced.</p> |
