The agent is used in plant production for growth regulation and development of agricultural crops in all phases of their ontogenetical development. It treats both intact plants and its individual organs, which are located below or above the substrate for plant growing. The agent's active base is N-isonicotine oil-N'-alkyl (aril) semicarbasides with a common formula<IMAGE>,where R is alkyl, chloroarkyl, cyclohexyl or replaced phenyl.
