These derivatives find application as growth regulators in agriculture and have the following formula:<IMAGE>where R means lower alkyl or aryl, R' means butyl, phenyl, chlorophenyl or naphthyl. They are obtained by reacting equimolar amounts of 2-alkylthio-5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiasol and alkyl (aryl) isocyanates in aprotonic organic solvent at room temperature.
