ANTI-HBs ANTIBODY GENE AND EXPRESSION PLASMID THEREOF

A human anti-HBs antibody can be provided in a large amount readily by producing the L and H chains of a human anti-HBs antibody by genetic recombination techniques. A base sequence coding for each of the polypeptides of the L and H chains of an anti-HBs antibody; an expression plasmid containing the same; and a transformant produced with the use of the plasmid.
