PURPOSE:To manufacture a strong corrugated tube by pressing forcibly a belt- shaped overlapping section of a corrugated tube over semicircle or more by means of a linear pressing component, bonding and shaping while the corrugated tube is retained on a mandrel. CONSTITUTION:A revolving mandrel 4 is revolved and molten polyethylene resin belt-shaped material A is supplied from a synthetic resin extruder 2 around said revolving mandrel 4, said belt-shaped material is wound spirally to form a spiral tube C. Further, at the time of said belt-shaped material A being wound, polyethylene resin tube-shaped material B is supplied from a reinforcing material extruder 3 to the back section of the belt-shaped material along the longitudinal direction of the belt-shaped material A. Thus, a spiral projecting line D as a projecting section is formed on the surface of the spiral tube C and a corrugated tube F is manufactured. Also, said spiral tube C is formed by overlapping part of the belt-shaped material A to be wound following the section of the belt-shape A wound earlier and said overlapping section is pressed in a shape of winding-belt by an endless belt 5, with bonding carried out. |
