PURPOSE:To feed a frame member accurately and at a high speed in a horizontal direction and at two types of feed pitches by installing two systems of traveling devices of a feed carriage which feeds the frame member in a horizontal direction, and a connection change-over device provided with a tool to be engaged which can connect the feed carriage to either of the two drive systems. CONSTITUTION:This is a feed device in a frame member for holding electronic parts, and is provided with the first and second sliding members 53, 54 which are reciprocated by the first and second drive devices 55, 56 as a moving device which moves a feed carriage for feeding the frame member, and a connection change-over device which selectively-connects the main body of the feed carriage to either of both the sliding members. |
