The electrode includes an anchoring element in the form of a hollow helix (7) used to supply the fluid from a store at the distal end of the electrode which can be provided by the helix itself, using a capillary effect. Pref. the helix has a vent opening (9) adjacent its point of attachment to the electrode head (4), the latter pref. incorporating at least one microsphere layer (37) applied to part of its surface, for storing the fluid. USE - For supplying medicament via implanted electrode, for cardiology, neurology or gynaecology.
