<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of a group of latch circuits with the concurrent maintenance of high speed performance by selecting for execution between an action to enter serial data, if a combination of input values from selected signal terminals equal a specific value, and an action to energize a resistor, if said combined input value is another specific value. CONSTITUTION:The input terminals of EOR30 are equally pulled up and at the same time, are connected to selection signal terminals SEL1, SEL2. Then if the input from SEL1 matches the input from SEL2, a signal LOW is output and if said inputs do not coincide, a signal HIGH. The output from EOR30 is entered in AND26 through an inverter 32. Consequently, only if the output from EOR30 is HIGH, a clock is entered in a shift register 10. On the other hand, the output from EOR30 is directly entered in AND28, and only if the output from EOR30 is LOW, a strobe signal is entered in the AND array 14 accordingly.</p> |
