<p>A stretch is provided along which the product is made to move; first heat exchanger means 22, able to heat the product, are placed along said stretch; second heat exchanger means 32, able to cool down the product, are placed downstream of the first heat exchanger means; pump means 14 are able to provide a pushing pressure to advance the product along said stretch, said pressure, upstream from the second exchanger means 32, being greater than atmospheric pressure; drainage means 40 contain a filtering surface 41 acting on the product, able to separate the liquid component of the product. The drainage means 40 are placed along said stretch downstream from the first heat exchanger means 22 and upstream from the second exchanger means 32 and also comprise scraping means 61 acting against the filter surface 41, able to remove solid particles from it. <IMAGE></p> |
