<p>The invention relates to a process for the detection of anti-endomysium antibodies based on a homologous tissue as a substrate, in particular sections of the human umbilical cord, increasing the sensitivity of the immunological reaction and reducing the amount of work. In addition to this, this process makes it possible to reduce the cost of preparing commercial kits making use of tissue which is abundantly available without invasive sampling and simplifying some stages in the technical preparation of the substrate.</p> |
