PURPOSE:To provide the microorganism producing a phospholipase D-P, enabling its collection and belonging to the pure Streptomyces by transforming a microorganism with a recombined plasmid having a DNA expressing the phospholipase D-P. CONSTITUTION:The chromosome DNA of a phospholipase D-P-producing microorganism [preferably Streptomyces SPA 586 stain (FERN-BP-3578)] is separated and purified, and the gene DNA is screened to obtain a recombined plasmid (preferably plasmid DP108) containing a DNA expressing the phospholipase D-P. A microorganism belonging to the Streptomyces lividans is transformed with the plasmid to obtain the objective Streptomyces lividans-TK24, DP108 (FERM BP-3577). The phospholipase D-P-expressing DNA is preferably a DNA having a base sequence coding an amino acid sequence having a signal-like peptide of formula III on the upstream side of the N-terminal of an amino acid sequence having base sequences of formulas I and II. |
