PURPOSE:To obtain a new human TNF having the same antitumor action as that of human TNF or its converted material but not showing accentuating action on cancer metastasis recognized in the human TNF or the converted material. CONSTITUTION:In a tumor necrosis factor polypeptide having an amino acid sequence of the formula shown from the 1st Ser shown by sequence number 1 of sequence table to the 155th Leu or its converted substance, a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence from the 1st Ser of the sequence number 1 to the 8th Asp or an amino acid sequence of the converted material corresponding to the polypeptide containing at least one cell adhesive peptide of laminin and replaced with an amino acid sequence containing 5-30 amino acids, its converted polypeptide, plasmid, transformant, production thereof, medicine compound or DNA. |
