The decoder activates a current source located in the centre of the current source array, and then two current sources located on the right and the left side of the centrally located current source are activated. For the rows which are a group of current sources, a centrally located row is activated first and the rows located above and below are symmetrically activated so that the next current sources mutually offset the error with each other, thereby reducing an integral nonlinearity error.
