The multi functional fitness training appliance consists of a flat bench (1) with a head (11) and foot (12) which can be moved upwards on a pivot axle until they include a right angle. On each side of the bench, at the head end, are stands for placing dumb bells or weights. The fitness training bench can be converted into a piece of furniture in the home, when the bench is fixed to a wooden frame (15) in the form of an enclosed box, and the head and/or foot form the lid. Guides (16) are positioned on the long sides (15d) on the frame, in which move the telescopic stands (2). USE/ADVANTAGE - The fitness training appliance can be used in the home.
