PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the data input time by extracting the data items of one- byte and two-byte systems corresponding to the data item of the one-byte system from a data base. SOLUTION: An input means 41 inputs input data 10 for every data item and judges whether the data item of the one-byte system is a key item for retrieving a data base 20 or not. Then, a retrieving means 42 retrieves the data base 20 with the data item of the onebyte system, which is judged as the key item, as a retrieval key and when the retrieval is made successful, the data item of the twobyte system corresponding to the data item of the one-byte system is extracted from the data base 20. Besides, when a register flag is set to the input data 10, data composed of the data item of the two-byte system extracted from the data base 20 are registered into the data base 20 by a registering means 43. Further, the data composed of the inputted data item of one-byte system and the data item of two-byte system extracted from the data base 20 are outputted to a data file 30. |
