PURPOSE:To use one type of fan motor also for other air conditioner having different available conditions. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 3 phase-controls a fan motor 6. A type selector 4 selects a type of an air conditioner. The selector 4 has one jumper wire 7, a connecting circuit of the wire 7 provided in parallel between input ports P0, P1, P2 of the CPU 3 and a ground line, and resistors R1, R2, R3 coupled from a positive power source Vcc to the ports P0, P1, P2. The type is selected by replacing the wire 7. The ports P0, P1, P2 are normally pulled up via the power source Vcc, but becomes 0V when the wire 7 is connected. The CPU 3 has ROMs corresponding to the ports P0, P1, P2, and detecting timings (detecting times) for counting rotating speeds of the motor 6 at respective predetermined times, etc., are written in the ROMs. |
