PURPOSE:To put only necessary irreducible internal circuits of the circuit in sleeping mode in operation and to put all the circuits in operation for the 1st time when an operation mode signal is detected. CONSTITUTION:The circuit 10 in the sleeping mode employs the driving method which drives a circuit for sending a characteristic identification code with the reception output generated when a request-to-send signal which is higher than a constant reception level is received from a fixed station 11. The fixed station 11 repeatedly sends the request-to-send signal. In the circuit 10 in the sleeping mode, on the other hand, only the part of a signal detecting circuit 63 is in operation and detects whether or not there is the request-to-send signal. When the reception level is larger than the constant level, a mode switching control signal is outputted and all the circuits operate for the 1st time. The mode switching control signal is supplied as circuit driving electric power to the circuit 10 in the sleeping mode. |
