PURPOSE:To lessen an electromagnetic equipment in size by a method wherein a coil is wound on a coil bobbin, the end of the coil is wound on a terminal pad, and a connecting piece is fixed to the terminal pad to be electrically connected with the end of the coil. CONSTITUTION:One side of a core 2 nearly rectangular in a plan view rotatably supports the insertion hole 3a of a coil bobbin 3 formed of a winding drum 4 provided with flanges 5 on both sides. The coil bobbin 3 is rotated by a rotating gear 9 formed on the end face of the flange 5. A lead wire 10b whose one end is connected to a protrudent terminal pad 7 of the flange 5 is wound on a rotating winding drum 4. The other end of the lead wire 10b is fastened to another terminal pad 7, and a terminal piece 12 is pressed into the terminal pad 7 in a direction in which the terminal pad 7 protrudes, whereby the conductor 10b is electrically connected to the terminal piece 12. By this setup, the turning radius of a coil bobbin can be reduced to a length of its rotation axis to the tip of a terminal pad. |
