Gas flow mixing appts. - useful for mixing differing temp. airstreams for IC engine

Appts. for mixing gas streams (2,3) esp. of different temps., e.g. air for a combustion engine, has two or more gas channels (4,5) associated with respective closure elements (6,7) which are adjustable between open and closed positions and which are coupled together. Within the entire adjustment range, at least one closure element occupies an open position for one of the channels (4,5). ADVANTAGE - The appts. allows simple mixing of gas streams but produces little or no increase in flow resistance.
