PURPOSE:To shorten the estimation period of standard time, to improve the estimation rate, and to expand the utilization of the standard time. CONSTITUTION:Parts which constitute a device are given simple part numbers (step S1) and parts which can not be given simple part numbers are given tentative part numbers or uniform part numbers (steps S2 and S3). Then, the standard time of the device is estimated according to the simple part numbers, tentative part numbers, uniform part numbers, and reference time set for each of the part numbers (step S4). Therefore, even when the standard time can not be estimated by a conventional method because a part number whose standard time is uncertain is included, the standard time can speedily be estimated and the estimation rate is greatly improved. |
