PURPOSE:To multiplex and transmit a video signal of high frequency, a sound signal of low frequency, and a data signal by providing a by-pass circuit where the low-frequency signal can pass between an input part and an output part. CONSTITUTION:The signal generated by multiplexing the video signal of high frequency, sound signal of low frequency, and data signal is inputted to the input part T1. The impedance of capacitors 105 and 106 operate high on the inputted video signal and the impedance of capacitors 111-114 operate high, so an attenuated signal is outputted to output parts T2 and T3 whose output impedance is R. The sound signal and data signal, on the other hand, are cut off by the capacitors 105-110, so they are not inputted to a transformer 101 and outputted to the output parts T2 and T3 through coils 111-114. Thus, the multiplexed signal which is inputted to the input part is distributed and outputted as the video signal and sound signal, so that the signals can be multiplexed and transmitted.
