PURPOSE:To scan a cross section intersecting orthogonally with each rotary axis by a piezoelectric vibrator in ultrasonic so that a scan in a three- dimensional space can be executed by disposing plural bevel gears in the inside of a tube so that the respective rotary axes are intersected orthogonally with each other, and also, providing the piezoelectric vibrator on each rotary axis. CONSTITUTION:In the inside of a tube 1, a bevel gear 2 having a first rotary shaft disposed in its axial direction and a second rotary shaft intersecting orthogonally with a first rotary axis is disposed and supported by a tube wall so as to be supported freely rotatively by a bearing. Also, in a position being intersecting or parallel to the first rotary axis on the first rotary axis and on the second rotary axis, or on a rotating body rotated by each rotary axis, a piezoelectric vibrator 3 is disposed. Moreover, a signal line to the piezoelectric vibrator 3 is fetched by a rotary transformer 16. In such a state, the first rotary axis is rotated by a rotating means, and also, the second rotary axis is rotated by the bevel gear 2. Thus, the piezoelectric vibrator 3 is intersected orthogonally with each rotary axis provided thereon and also, scans the cross section including the provided position with ultrasonic. In such a manner, a scan in a three- dimensional space is executed. |
