PURPOSE:To eliminate a problem of limiting the film manufacturing speed because of the limit to the outer appearance and quality of a sheet of small count yarn when a sheet is formed by clamping a cooling roll and a touch roll. CONSTITUTION:A sheet molding machine comprises an extruder for extruding molten resin, a die for molding the molten resin extruded out of the extruder, a cooling roll supported rotatably and a touch roll 17 supported rotatably while pressing the sheet to the cooling roll, and fluorine is used for the surface material quality of the touch roll 17, and the surface of the roll 17 is finished by grinding. |
